I brought my wedding ring (channel set, eternity band) to Olmaz to be repaired; I’d lost a stone. Working in conjunction with my insurance company, Olmaz not only replaced the missing stone (as well as a few others I’d chipped), they rebuilt the band, improving the channel’s functionality. It is perfect. Also perfect? Their customer service. I could not be more pleased with how well they communicated with me, every step of the way. While in the store, I could not help but notice the lovely decor and beautiful selection. This might have been my first experience with Olmaz, but it won’t be my last!
